Ignacio Aedo holds a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is Professor at the Carlos III University of Madrid. His research interests focus on interactive systems for education, web systems, development methodologies, and emergency information systems. He has been a visiting professor at the Computer Supported Collaboration and Learning Lab at Pennsylvania State University (2007-2008) and the MAGIC group at the University of British Columbia (2011).
His teaching is in the area of Human Computer Interaction and he teaches in the subject of User Interfaces of the Degree in Computer Engineering and Person-Computer Interaction of the Master in Science and Computer Technology.
